Diet and Nutritional Supplementation
ND’s understand that what you eat is the basis for your health. Adopting a healthy diet
is often the first step towards correcting health problems. Many health problems can
be treated very effectively with foods and nutritional supplements with little or no
complications or side effects.

Herbal Medicine
Herbal or Botanical Medicine is the use of plants, in a wide variety of forms, for their
therapeutic value. Herb plants produce and contain a variety of chemical compounds that
act on the body and are used to prevent or treat disease or promote health and well-being.

Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of medicine that uses highly diluted doses from the plant,
mineral and animal kingdoms to stimulate natural defenses in the body. Homeopathic
remedies are based on the theory that "like cures like," and uses remedies that cause
symptoms of a certain illness in one who is healthy in order to stimulate the body's
natural defenses to heal those same symptoms in one who is ill. It is particularly
effective in treating chronic illnesses that fail to respond to conventional treatment.

Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is the use of water in the treatment of disease and detoxification.
The recuperative and healing properties of hydrotherapy are based on its mechanical
and/or thermal effects. It exploits the body's reaction to hot and cold stimuli, to the
protracted application of heat, to pressure exerted by the water and to the sensation
it gives. The nerves carry impulses felt at the skin deeper into the body, where they
are instrumental in stimulating the immune system, influencing the production of
stress hormones, invigorating the circulation and digestion, encouraging blood flow,
and lessening pain sensitivity.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture
Chinese medicine use a variety of ancient and modern therapeutic methods - including
acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, heat therapy and nutritional and lifestyle
counseling - to treat a broad range of both chronic and acute illnesses. Acupuncture
is a system of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve
functioning by inserting very fine needles at precise acupuncture points. This classical
Chinese healing practice balances the flow of the body's energy through channels
called meridians. Acupuncture is used to relieve symptoms of numerous conditions
as well as to promote general health and well being.

Biotherapeutic Drainage
Biotherapeutic Drainage is a philosophy and treatment framework that has been used
for over 100 years. Within this framework, lifestyle elements, single homeopathic
remedies, the Unda numbered compounds, plant based remedies and nutrients are all
used to rid the body of accumulated toxicity.Toxicity, in conjunction with one’s habits
and predispositions can be found at the root of most modern diseases. The goal of
treatment with Biotherapeutic drainage is always to get the body to react,
self-regulate, and return to normal, healthy physiologic functioning.

Neural Therapy
Neural therapy involves the injection of anesthetics and homeopathics into various places
in the body to eliminate pain and cure illness. Neural therapy is promoted mainly to relieve
chronic pain. It is also thought to be helpful for people with allergies, hay fever, headaches,
arthritis, asthma, hormone imbalances, sports or muscle injuries, gallbladder, heart, liver
disease, dizziness, depression, menstrual cramps, skin and circulation problems.

Mesotherapy and Facial Rejeuevnation
Mesotherapy is a non-surgical treatment used widely in Europe and elsewhere to eliminate
fine lines, wrinkles and cellulite. It involves injections of homeopathic remedies, vitamins,
minerals, and amino acids into the mesoderm (middle layer of the skin).

Facial Rejuvenation is a virtually painless, non-surgical method of reducing the signs
of the aging process. The technique uses acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine
to erase years off of the face. Based on the principles of Oriental Medicine, it helps
the whole body look and feel younger by addressing the physical, mental and
emotional patterns that cause disease and contribute to the aging process.
